Geoff Paddock is a qualified journalist and has wide and varied experience in corporate communications. His background includes high-level media relations and corporate crisis management, working in-house and consultancy.

Geoff held senior communications roles with ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries) and British Nuclear Fuels and has also worked with major companies in the chemicals, paints and coatings, distribution, engineering and project management areas on digital-era communications.
Geoff is an associate of WPNT, a well-respected Houston-based communications training company, and formerly of Hedron, a change communications consultancy based in London.
He developed the STORM crisis communications training simulator with WPNT and has supported nearly 200 training sessions worldwide as part of WPNT’s team of skilled trainers for many well-known brands. With colleague Neil Chapman, Geoff has developed the new ECHO trainer to support emergency communications response, primarily in the UK and Europe.
Consultancy clients have included BP, Wolseley, web governance specialists Sitemorse and respected chemical industry consultants International E-Chem.
